We were very fond of Geoff and his 'quirky' sense of humour!

I remember how Geoff loved his food, but did not hesitate to let me know directly if I ever dared serve up something that did not agree with his palate!

I also remember when Jan and Geoff were courting, the 4 of us, including Roger, would play board games at 13 Welton Road.

Geoff, being very competitive, ALWAYS wanted to win!

We were playing Ludo and when I realised that Geoff had, say 3 counters home, I would say 'Get Geoff!' every time it was his turn, to try and stop him winning. We all laughed so much.

I will remember Geoff with great warmth and very fond memories. May you rest in peace.
